This document is a terms-of-use template for ArtScale. Before enabling payments, the text must be reviewed with the client or a lawyer.

By using the service, the user agrees to these terms and undertakes not to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or violate platform rules.

2. Account

The user is responsible for the security of their account and the accuracy of the information they provide when registering or using the service.

3. Payment and credits

Paid features, subscriptions, or credits are provided according to the selected plan. Detailed payment terms must be aligned with the actual billing logic of the service.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. ArtScale does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that results will meet the user’s expectations.
